bro I know someone that works at NDLEA at Portharcourt and she has contacts at Abuja. She told me that they said it's 1m and I backed off cus the price is too much

Shouldn’t we be looking at the budget for the NDLEA also? I think that should be the economic cost since that money is used to fight drug use and crimes.
