This is a Bustard.

Whether Great, Kori or Indian, I cannot tell until you post a full picture but that's a Bustard for sure.
Bustard isn't a name of a bird, it's a caterory of birds that stays in dry environment or deserts and they are different types. But it is definetly not a vulture. But u smart bro 👍
