Please who knows the number to call? Post office want job me again o. I'm supposed to have received my item since 18th of April but till today, I have not gotten it. I sent a mail to Nipost and they replied saying the item has been dispatched to my local post office since that 18th of April. I smell a rat here. It normally takes a day for items dispatched from Abuja to get to Minna. This is a month now. Something is wrong. Please I need to take actions. I need numbers to call. The ones on their website is not connecting. I need help.

The same people that have been telling me my item has not arrived suddenly said they called me and I didn't pick up.

Stanbic is clearly a strange bank. I submitted my application to them in person two weeks ago and up till now I've not heard anything from them. I went there last week to enquire and was told to just wait.
I'm now wondering if not joining them is like dodging a bullet because I'm troubled wondering how long it would take them to process a failed transaction or dispense error

SCB is good.... i don't know why them no want open branches all over.

Maybe because of the cost of going business or they just want to remain exclusive.

Noticed their support on phone are even foreigners.

Overall, they are cool. Free everything.

No all these charges like other banks, free transactions, etc.

Apart from their app that i find tiring to use, i love em.

Everything can be done with their Mobile app,

Though the app could be some how technical for newbies, but if you walk around you will get a hang of it. Everything can be done on the app, both requesting for your card, your cards shipment a
Will be sent to the address you provided in your bank registration, if you ever want your cards shipped to another address, you can change in in your bank info from the app
It sha takes less than 24hrs for them to update it.

But overall, their services are good, just that CBN are trying so much to restrict them...

Nipost just called me to come and collect my item ordered on the 16th of April. It does look like they were unaffected by the strike.

Some items arrived Nigeria as far back as 21st of April, but they were not cleared because of the strike.

Thank God there is a new update now. Clearing of goods has resumed.

Post of office showed me shege before speedaf came up; my items are always missing and not getting to me until speedaf turned around things for me. Nipost are robbers. Period!

For real? That's why most people don't drop contacts. Why would you think of calling post master cuz of your package. Visit the PO and make enquiries. It's possible your line wasn't reachable and it's possible they didn't try at all and worst case, it hasn't arrived.

Standard Chartered services is very poor compare to the number of customers they have

I called, mailed and DM on Twitter as regards OTP. Dem de ask me to visit branch as if they have branches littered everywhere. Even told the MF that the nearest branch is 700km away, he insisted. No be everybody get that time and energy; not for that small case. Called those Mofos like 6 times to complain about same issue, they only filed my complaint at the 6th time!

Note that these orders were already cleared by customs before the strike, but not yet sent to Distribution Centre. The moment the strike was called off, they were immediately sent to the appropriate quarter for onward dispatch to different locations they're meant for.
To lend credence to this statement , I have 3 orders, one arrived the country April 24th,got cleared on 28th but was stuck at 'Los International'. The other 2 arrived May 3rd but could not be cleared due to the strike. Now the first order has been sent to Los Distribution Centre while the other 2 are still awaiting Customs clearance.
