Based on your submitted documents here are few points to note: 1. what is the alignment of your intended course with your previous and your current job? You must spend good time in your SOP to justify the course either as an academic progression or a career progression. 2. Even though you used your family and properties as home ties......It must be well stated and emphasized in your SOP how precious and important they are to you 3. The cash tendered may be small depending on the prevailing exchange rate, province and your tuition balance. 4. Prayer I wish you goodluck charlesoz19: 1 Like |

Kalclinton: Sorry for the refusal, The rejection does not appear to be a recent one as it is dated 19th of Jan, that is a long time, did you use an agent to apply? The reason stated shows you did not pass the background check because there is a question you answered affirmatively which they thereafter discovered to be false. This is sometimes about prior visa rejections. (Do you have one?) Request for GCMS notes 2 Likes |

Guys please I have a very important question to ask I have an admission in Fleming College to study a Ontario College Diploma(Business). The issue I am having is that I already have a Bsc degree in Building Technology, I graduated in 2016 and I have been working as a structural engineer for over 5 years now. What are the chances that I would be granted a study permit as I have discovered that if there isnt a Academic/career progression I might be rejected. Also isnt a diploma degree equivalent to a HND in Nigeria and it looks Im backdating Whats your advice please? |

charlesoz19:Some times presenting too many property documents can show desperation and pose a lot of questions which might complicate ur application. What do u do? How much do u earn? U have 4 landed properties 23m Does ur income commensurate with all this properties and funds? Did u even explain convincingly how they belong to u, and how they serve to u as hometies? 3 Likes |
