Since you were unable to do the exam yesterday, I will advise you to do it today, provided that the portal opens for you. You never can tell, you might just be doing the right thing.

Personal, I'll not advise anybody to take the test the 2nd time whether you see Exam Taken or not bcuz if you observe very closely at the link upon submission, you will see "success & some id numbers. Dat number is an evidence dat u've submitted. So, for every time you submit again, you get a new number, hence multiple submission. #My Take
