For those still having issues, follow the format. If your ID is NDLEA/NA..just change Na to SUPT. you are good to go

Or use another phone.

Mine is not showing course of study but I've written the exam

If you took your exam on Tuesday, go back to your page by using the direct link sent to your e-mail.
Go back to take the exam, *eye repeat*, go and take the exam.
You will be redirected to your dashboard and you will see *exam taken* once you have successfully submitted.

Did it show you exam taken when you went back to your dashboard? I couldn't go back to my dashboard because of bad network after it showed test submitted successfully

Try changing the / (slash) in your application ID to - (hyphen)

Example:

NDLEA-SUPT-2023-51000037729
