I just woke up this morning to see my mums message, that I should check the bulletin , that it looks likes it out, but she didn't see any movement, that i should check Whether her eye don dey deceive am. Na so I check ooo. Only to see F1 did not move an inch, but other category's moved. I just tell am say me no dey check visa bulletin again. Say when she don hear from them, make she let me know. Its been 4months since we got case complete, them still dey wait make case dey current. While some ppl 2weeks after C.C, them don contact them. Yesterday morning I was getting my son set for school and he was like, mummy am missing grandma, when are we going to see grandma? Last time he saw her was 3yrs ago. My 2nd baby was just 3months when grandma saw him. Na WhatsApp video call he used to recognize his grandma, otherwise he wouldn't have known her. The delay can be really frustrating at times. That's why I faced my boutique business all this years and removed my mind totally from the matter, till their welcome letter came.

I have no choice but wait it out. The timelines for the whole thing is actually very blurry presently. Can't say if I'd be interviewed this year cos non can really say where they are on the queue, if the embassies are holding interviews at all for certain categories and other possible snags.

Your PD is current for filing but not for final action which means a visa is not yet available for you. F1 is current for Dec 2014 or earlier.
Note that on the visa bulletin, dates for filing is different from final action date.
However, you should be getting a letter from NVC anytime now so that you can get DQ in readiness for when your PD becomes current. Actually, you should have received it by now so just reach out to NVC and ask them. Contact them using the inquiry form.

No you don't need to submit any of those you mentioned. You will only be asked your level of education in one of the forms if I remember correctly.

Congratulations! Try your best to get DQ as soon as you can because it impacts how soon you can get IL after your DQ becomes current.

You don't need to upload all those educational certificates. Police character from any state will be accepted. Also NPC attestation will be accepted. Start getting your affidavit of support documents if you haven't already.

Who has been able to submit the new PCC to NVC successfully? I want to avoid any delays to becoming DQ’ed in the shortest possible timeframe.

I heard it too, they only accept the one with finger print attached now. They don’t accept the online version. I think is better to do the finger print attached one. That’s what am doing now.

F3, January 2010. The issue is I visited my State Police HQ and they said it's only the biometric one they do. I'm not in Lagos, I'm not sure how to go about getting the one with finger print from here. When I was F1 back in 2016 before being pushed back to F3, I was able to do it here and they dispatched the documents to Alagbon. Now they're insisting on the online one only. Or should I attach the old fingerprint page with the new online PCC and submit? NVC really needs to update their requirements!

What Visa Category is F11, and why where you moved from IR2 to it.

As for the interview questions and required documents, I would advise you to go on youtube and search for it. You will see tons of similar results from there.
