For a 4 bedroom bungalow, budget about N8.5 to 9.5m. Thanks.

We have completed the soakaway system of this bungalow, we will pipe the waste into the soakaway, and then the house will be washed this morning for immediate use.

Since this is a simple building plan, I better share the floor plans here. We are already making arrangements to start this work as soon as possible.

The rooms are small, we can adjust the sizes of some rooms where possible.

The house external dimensions were 9 metres x 7.5 metres. That's about 29 feet x 24.75 feet. The cost was for the entire building from foundation till the house was painted, every materials and workmanship.

Amazing job you're doing here. I will start building a 2 bedroom with 2 self contained bungalow this year. My budget is very tight. Is it possible for you to provide guidance as I build especially to DPC level. I can complete the building once that is done. I will start a thread here when I start.

Haba, you want the house to collapse? If you must cut expenses let it be in the finishing torches and not foundation. That is the major cause of building collapse.

Some structures don't have the German floor that used up the 30 bags of cement and they're still standing.
I was only asking for other methods of saving cost not compromising on quality.

My brother it's still better to do the best foundation.
For instance the use of other type of foundation may bring about leaking walls.
