The plan was for inec adhoc staffs to transmit results and accreditation data to inec server not irev which will assist in collation.irev is just for public viewing and not backed by law.now after elections,inec adhoc staffs tried to transmit results.some areas that had network was transmitted successfully while those without network couldn't transmit online but was in an offline mode.a lot of areas in nigeria doesbtvhave network which makes realtime transmission possible,how is that the fault of inec? Didn't they eventually transmit once there was strong network? Do you know that a large part of cross river state has poor network coverage?
