Guy. CBN will not give you any $ @ official rate. Opening a Dom account won't do that either. You buy at black market to fund your account. It's only on educational ground or medical that you can initiate Form a and get it near official rate. There's one Form for business people to get at official rate but it's almost an impossible task.

Purchased a phone around March 16th. The seller unfortunately used Singapore post.

Ever since the 24th of March, the tracking info has not updated past "Departed from transit country/region".

Is the package lost? I thought the customs strike has ended?

No naira denominated card can be used on Aliexpress. That's been the state of play for a while now.

Either get a domiciliary account or one of these digital dollar accounts.
