This man is falling for Obidients' trap. Instead of focusing on the runner-up which is Atiku, APC has fallen for the psychological manipulations by Obi supporters, to concentrate on Obi, thereby giving them some form of 'legitimacy' that there's possibility they actually won the election.

Apapa cannot withdraw any case coz it dosen’t even make sense in the first place and Peter Obi name is also part of the petitioner.

But they are just using it to taunt Obidients and I guess they are falling for the whining.

You be mumu.
It is called an election petition tribunal and you cannot contest an election without a party. An individual cannot raise an election petition without a party. If PO messes up and LP suspends or eject him, the case is over. The tribunal can never say it is PO that has the case and not the party.
