It was based on promise. The tithe were directly transferred to his personal account with Eco Bank.

If you report this case in his time you should be arrested and detained for defamation of character because he never promised you he's the one to bless you rather it's God's promise that you're trying to tap through BRIBERY in the name of "TITHES"
