People asking if it is his personal money. So he shouldn't give his scorecard to the people or what? This is something all governors and president have done. it's not new to tell the people what you have achieved as a leader.

God bless you. We need that kind of thinking.
God bless you too my brother because I find it very annoying when some governors complain and make nose just because they are spending the state money for what the money is meant for.

My friend retired in 2012 in Bayelsa state but up till today, his gratuity has not been paid.

In most cases, it is the top civil servants that like to delay the processing until you're ready to bribe.

Corruption can never be cured in Nigeria.

Hope it's not an audio payment? A responsible governor who always pays workers'salaries, gratuities and what have you on time and in full, will never cease to have the full unalloyed support of the masses. He will always be remembered for good, long after he has left power.
Does paying workers their salaries, pension, gratuity and other emuloments an achievement. It is his constitutional duties,he shouldn't be thanked for it.

Try and understand what? My Mom has not been paid her gratuity and pension for some time, so I should commend him for what? I don't need to tell you the pains the woman and her colleagues are goinging through. He cannot deny being part of Fayemi's inner cycle when the former was in power. When Fayemi was busy obtainning loans upon loan, he was there hence he was part of the rot.
