I know cooking is not easy that’s why I don’t see the need for cooking for days straight just to break a record that gets broken every now and then.

We have hard copy of Guinness book of records 1996 edition in my house while growing up . Most of the records in that book have long been broken with time and people have even long forgotten some of the people featured in that 1996 edition . Maybe that’s why I don’t really see the need for going through all those stress just to enter the book .

As for Kaffy truly breaking the record helped her to attain fame but it’s just mostly in the Nigerian entertainment industry . It’s not like she started performing for major big artists all over the world . Same way I see this Hilda own will just make her more popular here . As a student in the university years ago, for a brief period, I belonged to the sect of conservative Muslims known as Ahlu Sunnah. Those are fundamentalists that strive to practice Islam as Muhammad and his companions did in their lifetime.

Many of those Yoruba fundamentalists (Ahlu Sunnah) don't say Olorun at all. They simply call God Allah.

I was still seeing a Yoruba movie on African magic yesterday and was making jokes with my spouse about how the guy’s accent usually makes English words sound funny when he acts in movies .
