What’s the probability that ircc will issue ppr for the Sowp before 30days validity to submit passport for visit visa stamping? You can wait for like 20-25 days, if nothing submit. When sowp own drops, you resubmit.

Yes, if your visitor visa PPR is within time frame of 30days and your Sowp PPR will soon drop since you have gotten medical request.

You can holdon for awhile till your SOWP PPR will drop

How long was your processing time for the SOWP application pls?

Please do not assume that everyone that does it before 6 months, bribed anyone. I paid online for 10 years, and when I went to the capture I told them that I got approved for my student visa, and I needed a passport with much longer validity. And that was when they told me about migration, and that's what they did.
I did not trust that my passport would come out quickly, so I sent in my old passport to be stamped (whilst my new passport was being processed), and it was still valid for visa stamping. but the passport came out in days.
When I landed in Canada and they stamped the old passport because that's where the visa was on, even though it was cancelled without prejudice. If the passport was declared missing by immigration, they won't have let me into Canada because every passport declared missing is tagged.

You are very correct! I renewed my passport with over on year validity, and before the process commenced my old passport(valid at the time) was collected for approval before i reported for data capture. i never declared stolen or missing passport. I picked the new passport myself holding the old passport with over 12months validity, it was cancelled and new one validated.

Baba, dem no dey tell person. Many of us bring that Nigeria mentality to Canada. My nephew who came to study in Canada since the last 2 months currently can’t find a factory/warehouse job. Inflation has bastardized the economy. Most of the major food banks looks like oyigbo market with the crowd. Nothing to sugar coat, you won’t find a job that will allow conversion of visitor’s visa to WP. Why do you think students wait in the Express entry/PNP poll? Despite having a Canadian Certification. It’s because no company is willing to offer LMIA job employment, when Citizens & PR holders yapayaski looking for same job, companies are not ready to bear the burden of sponsoring anyone without a PR, because it’s not mathematically beneficial to the company. Nothing to pray about, you won’t find a job with a VV

I agree with you that fact about situation of a place should be given so as not to mislead people. However, I must tell you this that there are work but only difficult to get because of the cost incurred on the company for LMIA. I believe preparation is key and not being carried away with the fun there. Same was said about no jobs in dubai when i arrived late 2019 but with focus and persistence I got 3 in 6weeks and choose the one better and thats where I applied for Canada and got approved.

Canadian government should better send all IRCC VO to the UK for proper training by the UKVI officer's.

They handled applications like novice.

Imagine applications from 2020 is still pending while UKVI already finalize all visit visa application they received on April 3rd.

What is difficult for IRCC to make a decision once and for all?
