The portion you marked said that guiness book of records won't tell her what to cook, so she will be the one to choose what she wanna cook. She can cook any dish, be it eba, semo, spaghetti etc as long as she is always cooking something that can be eaten.

You miss my point. The fact there is no requirement about the quality of the food, means it's not about cooking but about standing and not sleeping. And I can assure you that amongst the men and women in her village, Hilda will not last the longest standing and not sleeping - talkless of the world!
