Pochettino is a coach that use 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 and Gallagher(goal scoring midfielder) thrives well in that formation, so he's on the right track.

I really like that Colwill. Badiashile is okay as well. Maybe one of them (likely Colwill) can play in the middle of a back 3 (though Poch would likely depart from that).

I think Colwill is stronger in the tackle and generally more physical as well. Badiashile has had a few jelly moments when isolated 1v1.

They are both very good passers. Badiashile is definitely stronger in the air.
