So I was walking down this boulevard in Australia where I live. It is called Fremantle. I started thinking why the new Enugu centenary city can't be built like this.

Our problem here is that out level of reasoning is wack. Also corruption is so endemic. I bet people who have money in Enugu state can do just that. But look at what they have in the picture. European cities and just far more beautiful than ours. Not because they are richer but because they plan better and execute better.

Why has Enugu government stopped building new secondary schools with this bricks style like CIC? This was built in 1940s by Europeans. Schools built in 1980s by Nigerian government are in bad condition

It is a pre-independent building. No such building exist in Nigeria any more.

Most of the building the op put up there are acient buildings that are constantly maintained for cultural purposes.

Read what you wrote again. I am telling you that you are wrong in that statement. The structure of centenary city project is completely different from how eco Atlantic City is structured. Centenary city is basically a large residential estate and will finance itself by selling acquired land to real estate investors.

Comparing the two is like saying apples and oranges are the same

I'm comparing Australia to Enugu to show that Australia doesn't have expensive infrastructure like Dubai and America but the money they spend they spend well. This fremantle city was built with less money than the current Enugu centenary city is going to be built with. But compare the aesthetics

The reason I brought up Enyimba Economic city is that it is the only city structured like Eko Atlantic. It’s a charter city just like Eko Atlantic.

Going into Eko Atlantic is like going into a new autonomous jurisdiction. This will be the same situation for Enyimba economic city
