It has to do with the quality of leaders and resources.

It will require of a lot of resources to maintain and secure 200 million than 50 million people (Ukraine population).

I'm asking why don't we build it anymore in Enugu. I'm uninterested in what happens elsewhere in Nigeria. I'm from enugu, my investments are in Enugu, I schooled and served in Enugu. I have never stayed anywhere else in Nigeria for up to 3 weeks.
I see little things that don't cost much that Enugu can implement to elevate its profile. Skyscrapers are not the only way to build a skyline

I can see you personally like that type of architecture. Unfortunately, many people don't. Houses we build in Nigeria look more like American style than British. I like the American style myself. Those kinds of houses are built to last too; you just need quality materials to build them.

The idea of the dome was to resemble that of US capitol which is obviously roman architecture. Instead they ended up making it look like a mosque.
