This one probably enjoyed subsidized education and manage to conjure a pair of corporate outfit to seek his perceived entitlement of office job, a fat salary and official car.

Subsidization of Tertiary Education is a very big problem. It has led to the graduation of millions of employees who believe that government owns them Jobs after the completion of their Tertiary Education. They believe they've done government a favour by going to Tertiary Institution and it's time for the government to return the favour.
How will a Country progress having such people (with that mentality) as citizens?

Who knows, that may actually be his calling. He should take the work very serious

The same Garri he can mass export and become a job creator...he is making a joke of the whole possibility that exist with it. Make fine Garri and sell with nice Akara by the roadside...add option of Pap or Eko...and Bread. You cant go wrong if you are in a great location. You keep the profit on all of the things you sell including maximizing garri profit by not buying it from the sellers.
