Mr. Man, no court has right to choose who is to be any party chairman. No court. When court suspended Oshiomhole, did the same court choose anyone to replace him? Because it wasn't the business of the court to interfere on party affairs. The case is not a dispute between two factional chairman, if it was, then, court can intervene and look into the merit of the case and make declaration who is the authentic chairman.
When Oshiomhole was ousted from the party, it was the NWC that nominated late Abiola Ajumobi and after his death, Giadom declared himself the acting chairman and problem began to erupt in the party,until the NEC the highest organ of the party intervened and chose an acting chairman in the person Buni Haruna.
Besides, Mr. Man, Apapa is not the only Deputy National Chairman in LP. LP have 3 deputy national Chairmen while are the two not laying claim to be acting national Chairman. Apapa just disgracing his battered image and nothing more. He turned himself to jester working against his own party. Nobody will love his party and start working against its interest. I don't even think he joined them in many of the campaign train, I think there was news that when they went for presidential campaign in Oyo state, he wasn't there. Meaning from start he doesn't believe in the party. If he truly believed in the party, they are doing campaign in your state as a Deputy National Chairman and you're not there. Just I have said, there are 3 Deputy National Chairmen in LP, if one of them behave indifferent, how do you want Obi to know him. You're the hypocrite here. Those that doesn't join Tinubu in his campaign train, are you people not abusing them and some of you are even saying those that doesn't contribute to the success of Tinubu should not be recognize, that they cannot reap where they didn't sow. Please I need to see the order that made Apapa LP acting chairman. Please paste it here for the world to see. Does court give favour to somebody that doesn't seek for one. If he has such order, he should have gone to court to charge contempt of the court against LP or anyone for that matter. At least since this drama began, court had seated two times and he wasn't in court neither did his lawyer file contempt of court order on LP. Please you guys should use common sense and stop senselessness on critical issue.
