that is not the word of God.
That is what you choose to see in the bible.

I have explained to you that bible writers saw it in their days that it was Satan ruling their world going by the high level of atrocities(men enslaving men which is not common these days) committed by men in those days. They even killed Jesus christ.

Wake up, you can't continue to live in the days of the bible saying it is the word of God.
Today's world is blessed with so much knowledge and technological advancement such that life is a very simple and enjoyable one for those who take advantage of the current trend and this is how God want us to live our lives as Christians.

Which devil?

Na only Africans devil dey rule over this days, not in the real world.
Simply because Africans has choosen to be ignorant people and they are the one even carrying church and bible for head pass white men who brought christianity to Africa.
Yet to even understand the bible how it applies to real life they cannot.

who do you think rules the world ?

Matthew 4:8
Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

1 Corinthians 1:20
Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

1 Corinthians 2:12
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

1 Corinthians 3:19
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

1 Corinthians 7:31
And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away.

2 Corinthians 4:4
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Galatians 1:4
Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

Galatians 6:14
But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

There is nothing blessed in this present world.

James 4:4
Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

1 John 2:16
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

1 John 2:17
And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

1 John 2:15
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Psalms 119:89
For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

what God's word says yesterday, it says today and forever.

the hope of Christians is in the kingdom of Christ not this corrupt, immoral and Satan controlled world.

this world will come to an end abruptly,

2 Peter 3:10-12 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Dear Friend no sinner can enter into the kingdom of God without been washed with Christ's blood and without holiness no man can see God.

the world is in wickedness.
1 John 5:19
And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

John 3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

■ First, we should define feminism , since the term can have different meanings for different people. Basically, feminism is a philosophy that advocates equal rights for women and men—socially, politically, economically, and in other ways. Early feminists fought for and won suffrage for women.
▣ Today’s feminism goes further than demanding equal treatment of men and women, however. Modern feminists fight for language equality (saying “chairperson” instead of “chairman,” even if the person in question is male) and gender equality (redefining femininity and masculinity). ■ The more radical feminists actively seek to overthrow any vestige of male dominance in society, to the point of opposing the biblical roles of husbands and wives , defending abortion on demand, and promoting lesbianism . ....
Feminism is based in arrogance, and it is the opposite of the call to the born-again believer to be a servant. The modern, militant feminists call women to rise up and rebel against the order that God has given to mankind. That brand of feminism seeks to impose humanistic values in direct opposition to the Word of God.
Feminism was originally a positive movement, focused on giving women the basic rights God intends for every human being to have. Tragically, feminism now focuses on destroying all distinctions in the roles of men and women.
...
1. Let's take a look at what Jesus Christ said in both cases as far as those who belong in the Kingdom of God, of course.
8 “But you must not be called ‘Teacher.’ You are all equal as brothers and sisters. You have only one Teacher.
9 And don’t call anyone on earth ‘Father.’ You have one Father. He is in heaven.
10 And you should not be called ‘Master.’(head/leader/authority/ruler, e.t.c.) You have only one Master, the Messiah.
11 Whoever serves you like a servant is the greatest among you.
12 People who think they are better than others will be made humble. But people who humble themselves will be made great. - Matthew 23 vs 8 - 10

2. But there are no such things as biblical roles of husband and wives in the Kingdom of God. This is since, again, as Jesus Christ made clear above, both males and females are equals. undecided

3. So, God in declaring that all, regardless of gender, are equal in His Kingdom does so from a point of arrogance? undecided

4. Well, the feminist movement out there in the unbelieving world does not pretend to move in the name or on behalf of God. As far as I am made to understand most of them detest God, and His mention, mostly since many of their members are of the notion that the God of Scripture claims to have created the female to serve the male, an idea that is antiChrist in all forms. undecided

■ A believing woman, who is seeking to obey God and walk in peace and grace, should remember that she has equal access to all spiritual blessings in Christ. “There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:28). A believing woman should not allow herself to be used as a pawn in the worldly agenda of the feminist movement. Men and women have a God-given privilege to fulfill the plan He has set for us. Rebellion against that plan and the arrogance that seeks to put self above God’s Word bring difficult consequences. We see those consequences in the destruction of the relationship between husbands and wives, the destruction of the family, and the loss of respect for human life. “For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world” (1 John 2:16).
■ The principles of the fall are present in this verse. Eve believed the lie that eating the fruit would bring her wisdom. She lusted, and she took something that was forbidden. This is the basis for the modern feminist movement. Women have bought into the lie that feminism will bring them the power and freedom they think they want and deserve. However, the promise is empty, for the premise is rooted in pride—and pride goes before a fall (Proverbs 16:18).
■ The last decades have seen the rise of a society that is so concerned with political correctness and so sensitive to being “offended” that civility has lost its way. However, this is really nothing new, for there has always been inequality in the world. It is sad but true that artificial barriers have always divided humanity—barriers that have no basis in God’s Word. It is sin in the heart that causes inequality. It is sin that causes men to treat women in ways that are meant to demean or objectify them. And it is sin that seeks counterfeit solutions to counteract these inequalities. The only true cure for inequality is obedience to God’s Word. If men and women would walk in obedience to God’s Word, radical feminism would be seen for what it is, and the harmony that God has ordained between men and women would result.
1. Scripture instead has it that the one who destroyed this union between a man and a woman was God by His judgment against man and woman in Genesis 3 vs 16 - 22. I guess my question to you is why do you hold so dear to that which God Himself saw fit to wash His hands off, proclaiming it is of this world and not of the Kingdom of God? Why do you glorify that which has not glory given it by God? undecided

2. Adam, not Eve, gave God the reason to curse marriage, and this is when Adam all but accused God of causing him— Adam— to sin by giving him Eve as a wife. So, if you are looking for one to blame for what happened in the beginning, focus on Adam— at least that is what God keeps saying. undecided

3. So, in the face of the many sinful inequalities, women agitating for equal rights and freedoms is also of sin? undecided

Oh please, It was more like: "Aren't you God? you should have seen that coming." After saying this, God got so pissed at Adam, and cursed Adam. But, God's conscience was judging him, since, he did give Eve to Adam. He then went ahead to curse Eve to, so that, all things being equal. grin grin grin grin That's the real gist.

Blame God, not man. Adam didn't treat Eve as sub-human before the expulsion from Eden and the Curse laid upon Eve. So, why Dafuc should I blame myself for doing something involuntarily, and from the curse laid upon me by the Power of Powers?

I suggest you go write your own book then and wait for those who subscribe to your ideas to show up. Mohammed did it, and so can you too. I am however not interested in reviewing these private musings of yours undecided

in pain you shall bring forth children,

Simple. Misogyny is God's doing.

Even if it is His doing as you claim, are men and women simply to throw their hands up in defeat, in submission to living a cursed existence, or what? Also, according to the verse, the curse should only apply to women in marriage or in childbirth— some relationship with a man—, so if God is to blame for misogyny, why does it extend in the real world beyond the boundary set by Him? undecided

First, the writer implies(🙂) that Eve was a lesser creature, hence the name Eve: made from man. Both were not married in the sense that we have now. Nonetheless, it suggest that where men and women are gathered, the man by nature of being a man attains a higher status(what ever it is called) than a woman. Adam was the original creation with Eve being the supplement(helper).

You cannot deny the outright marginalization of women through out the bible. The ratio of men to women prophets(infact the women weren't prophets in the same sense as moses was. But you get my point.)

Let's not pretend that the doctrines of Christianity do not impose on the man a title greater than that of the woman. Unless, you'd agree with me that the bible is just a compulation of work of different individuals and sects. Nothing Godly about it.

1. Man was made from clay, so is a man equally less than clay? After Adam, it became the case that man is born from woman, does that also mean the dynamics were switched or something? undecided

2. So you took a census of Israel to determine this ratio of men to women prophets or you assumed that because more male prophets were reported to in scripture means the ratio was in favor of males? According to God at any given time there were thousands of prophets in the Land, but you assume they had to be majorly men simply because Scripture contains mentions of mostly male prophets? undecided

3. I am afraid I don't think as you do at all in any of this. undecided
Re: What Does The Bible Say About Feminism? by Kobojunkie: 11:04pm On May 26, 2023
■ the scourge of feminism is distroying the family unit and some heretics are bringing it into the church in the name of women preachers.
■ 2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
But Jesus Christ said He came to bring a sword between members of your family units.
34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace. I came to bring trouble.
35 I have come to make this happen:
‘A son will turn against his father.
A daughter will turn against her mother.
A daughter-in-law will turn against her mother-in-law.

36 Even members of your own family will be your enemies.’
37 “Those who love their father or mother more than they love me are not worthy of me. And those who love their son or daughter more than they love me are not worthy of me. - Matthew 10 vs 34 - 37
So does this mean Jesus Christ is equally a scourge to your family units? undecided

2. The false teachers and false prophets here are clearly those who seek to cause you to believe that your family units matter to God and the Kingdom of God when they are nothing but distractions as Jesus Christ made clear in the passage above. undecided
