lower your standard bro, try alagbole and akute axis. its an outskirt of ojodu berger which is under ikeja but yet you won't still get it on that budget, you might want to add up alittle

Iyanapaja, Ipaja, are not high brow, but are okay, they are in main Lagos, close to the centre.
Ilupeju and many more parts like that
It can be a lower area, but not a slum. Peace and quiet is the goal, not price
