Go to the passport office and visit the office before production/collection office and lay your complain there. I think it is called servicom or so, I may be wrong with the name.

Or search for ekitimanalways responses to others and call any of those NIS/Passport office numbers he dropped for them

This is not true. I personally saw a fresh applicant using the white file. I can tell you for sure that in NIS Festac, brown file is DIY while the white file is for people that have officers handling their files and maybe for renewal too.

Where I applied for mine, white files are for fresh applicants, irrespective of whether you are on a DIY or Assisted level.

Becareful, apply in the passport office where the agent works, something happened the day I went for my capturing.
I met a lady who paid over one hundred and thirty thousand naira for a 32-page passport to an agent in a nearby state who told her he has someone in that passport office we used, the woman was attended to like every other applicant.
No vip treatment despite paying such amount for it.

Ensure the agent you will be using works in the passport office you want to use.

Two days ago, A lady called me for Address Verification which was successful. She claimed her company was given the contract by NIS.

Can I still go for the pick up next week or I just add a week or two weeks more.

I wasted money through acclaimed fast tracking agent at Ikoyi which took too long to collect it. Shocked guys I advised to use it DIY got it so fast reason I want my woman to follow same.

I asked her but she said that her work doesn't affect the process. She said I can go for the pick up. I just wanted to be sure before going there and asked from those who might have the experience of the process.
Yes, it's DIY. I do track online. It's on the last second to the last stage; passport production.

The home delivery is a new initiative I believe, u may have to go to Alausa to verify if it's ready. Please feed us back d month they are producing. Thank you

I want to thank these guys and everyone else for their immense contribution to DIYs passport.

I went for capturing yesterday at Alausa. It went smoothly no much delay. The only delay I experienced was for capturing. There was a discrepancy in my NIN and application details truly but i had to correct it few days to my capturing. Correction was made and reflected on my NIN. I got to the immigration office by 9:20 am and left by almost 4pm

I was given July 14th as my collection date. Please can i go on that very date given to me for passport collection or should give them some time?

I saw when they were calling names of passport ready for collection but some of them were not on ground. I wouldn't know if that was their collection date or not. I only observed that some of them didn't show up and their passport is ready for collection.

Guys please is it possible to apply for passport now through DIY and I get it by August or I should just go for assisted? Which SW passport offices are swift?
