Any experience as Production Supervisor? I really don't have an idea as to what exactly you'll be assessed on, but I'll advice you pay attention to elementary science and questions relating to the role (Google search might be of help).

Is the assessment virtual or in person, taken it now? Best of luck bro.

Does this 7yrs include years working in purely supervisory capacity in Manufacturing FMCG or just production technician role

Yes. Over 6 years in FMCG as a Production Supervisor / Material Planner and 2 years in Engineering (manufacturing) as a Production Supervisor.
