peekspot:If the NNPC should sell the crude to dangote refineries at international rate then no one should rejoice about it,the only way Nigerians would enjoy fuel after subsidy removal is for the federal government through NNPC to sell the crude oil to dangote at a reduce rate so that he shall also sell the refined fuel at a reasonable rate to Nigerians, I'm even surprised that states in the south had not embark on building small refineries of 5000-10000 bpd capacities in their states, this would have given them major economic advantages instead airports that would be grossly under utilize everywhere. 18 Likes 3 Shares |

Impressive. I heard rumours Ogun was meant to house that refinery before their former gov trabaye and it was built in Lagos. In all, this is a massive development for employment in Nigeria. 1 Like 1 Share |

peekspot: Too much talk no action. We too like unnecessary publicity. What is this man still doing as GCEO sef? They don't have use since they can't we explore or refine crude oil then why are they being paid humongous salary? Let the oil and gas industry take the path of telecoms and go full privatalization. Or na federal government dey follow protect telecommunication infrastructures in the country. These guys in the NNPC and it's subsidiaries are part of the problems we are having in the sector 2 Likes |

I hope those of us that have this oil in our communities and water ways will not pay for fuel through our nose when this fuel subsidy is removed, If so, that supply to Dangote will be truncated |

When dangote refinery starts working, tinubu should sell off the old refineries to private sector so as there will be competition between refineries, but my fear is that a certain business man hates competition and will do all to remain the sole refinery in Nigeria 1 Like |
