I do not believe we need this yet Let them first work on wages and salaries There are some factories in Nigeria that still pay Labourers about #900 for a 7-7 shift Some Industry pass less than #900 sef. Person wey do two shift will only be earning 1800 for working for 24hrs. Some factories also pay more than #1000 sha The Government should also make it a crime for people to work from 7-7 in factories Can you imagine a company like PZ paying her Labourers about #1700 for a 7-7 shift. |

Gibberish! Trying to feed adults! That’s even an insult to the Nigerian workforce. Does food pay for rent, gas, school fees or family vacations? Mushroom advocation! Advocate for a living minimum wage, not food! 1 Like |

HacheNoire: Have you observed when ever they increase the minimum wage of workers, the prices of goods sky rocked, the values of the naira will fall and inflation will take over? Increasing minimum wage carry him own wahala for Naija... Government must do the needful bf and after increasing minimum wage. |

LikeAking: I agree with you. But the food issue is annoying and insulting! Proposing to feed adults! A food bank can be established for workers where items can be subsidized by the government. Many options on the table they can explore, but all the incompetent morons can think of is feeding workers bread & beans |

peekspot:Oponu! Where will the money come from, from his a rse? All these people in elective positions that have never run a proper company whose entire operation depends on the income the company makes, rather than money embezzled from government payroll or contract inflation/scam,are always coming up with nonsense ideas. Just the other day,one proposed making protest rallies a criminal offence! |

They had better qualify that proposition by emphasising nutritious meal, if not employers could cut corners and get away with just feeding their employees prisoner food like agbado and cassava! |
