Guys please na what bank is the best for form A? I already got PPR since. I want to pay the remaining school fees before I travel
Currently the banks with least processing time I know are WEMA, ECO, and Zenith banks.

They all take at least 3 months to process

Hello guys,good morning
I have a question
So I am using my elder brother as my sponsor, he uses the account for daily transactions, the total debit from the account in 4months is about 60million, his bank account has been very active for the past 4 months its his personal savings account but there is no tangible amount in the account as at last week and money started rolling in this week in bits like 2.5m 3m 2.5m to get to a tangible balance before I apply in two weeks time.. would this be a red flag or it's ok?
Urgent responses needed from the gurus. Thanks

What is your problem with writing out the whole amount….too long or what?

It’s not a problem. My affidavit has been done and doesn’t carry the exact amount. Just wanted to know so I can redo it if I have too.

I don't think its going to be a problem as long as money keeps flowing in and out of the account.

Hi

I've been following the thread for many years now and I'm ready to get started.

Anyone applying for admissions at this time? I would like us to share ideas regularly during the course of applying to schools.

My people, I am still battling with payment, My GTB dollar card has refused to go through, I have spent more than 3k airtime in calling GTB and I even went to their branch to find out why but nothing good comes out.

I'm considering going to UBA to get their dollar card this morning. Please has anyone used a UBA dollar card to pay for an application of recent, and it went through? If yes, what is the requirement to get the card?

If there is any other bank dollar card that works seamlessly please suggest to me

Please reach out to me privately on this if you are still having issue.

There are some steps you need to take yourself, then if you have issues you can put the questions here.

Applying for admissions is more or less personal cos you are the one that knows the kind of course you want to study, the budget you have for tuition, the province you want to go to etc

So start.

Help please.

Am married with 3 kids and have just ssce certificate.. 33years old. Please which school can I start with and also, a school that will enable me to work.

Please I need Advice and suggestions.

Thank you

Schools do not enable you to work but your study permit.

As a study permit holder, you are entitled to work part time while studying and full time during scheduled break.

Hello guys, just a quick question to gurus in the house. Can between 7-8m get me and my wife through the study route into Canada

Which school can i get admission into for PGD and which city can I easily secure job for me and my wife. Note : Both of us have BSc

You have provided very limited information but I will try to answer as vaguely as possible.

Firstly, it is possible: but how? You must be a friend of Form A, meaning, you must be able to buy foreign currency at official CBN rate. If you are able to do this, you will have solved 90% of your financial insufficiency issue.

You must seek admission in a school and a course which charges not more than $12,000 as tuition fee.

Then, you must travel to Canada alone first, then work while studying to have some savings.

To make working as quickly as you arrive possible, you should work as a PSW. You will be able to earn and save heavily. Ensure you cut down on your rent. Food is not expensive in Canada.

When you know you have enough funds, you can apply for your dependants to come join you.

Dependants don't need as much money as you do: your spouse needs just $4,000 and each child $3,000 for each year.

You will agree that you must apply for a one-year course. You could find courses for as little as $7,000 or more. You don't want to live in an expensive city.

Lastly, you must believe you can do it. You just have to be strategic about it.

I hope this helps.

PSW means Personal Support Worker.

You should target Atlantic Canada.

Nobody will help you search for schools, you must do it yourself, if you have questions or need helps that are beyond the scope of your knowledge, you can ask here.

You should look out for DLIs and PGWP-eligible programs. This is very important.

Please help. Do you think I should start emailing IRCC now?

daisy1:
I applied since March 30.
I have 14k USD as proof of funds and this is after paying for 9k CAD to Fanshawe. I am self funded and these funds were gotten from my side gigs. I attached my full time job 4 months payslips as well as the invoices to my clients from my side gigs. My home times is my full time job as I mentioned that I will continue to work with them at reduced hours even while schooling.
I got a USA B1 visa refusal about 3 years ago.
My biometrics was done April 5 but I am yet to see any update till now. Should I email IRCC?

What category of school do you suggest? University or college?

Wow does this mean that every student must have a tax clearance before we can process Form A ?
What if we are initiating the Form A from Canada, will tax clearance still be required ?
Please who has gone through this process since they started demanding tax clearance should kindly answer 🙏.
Also is this applied to all the banks?

Did you fund the account with Naira ?

I used First Bank muilt-currency account recently and it paid over 800 CAD. I opened the account newly and funded it. Got ATM card (takes about 5days). You will need to activate the 2 pins (d normal atm pin and the internet banking pin) and you are good to go.
