2 guys I met in Federal Secretariat Abt 2yrs ago had smth lower than that, but I prayed to them to believe that their lucks will cover any hindrance. I directed them to Secretary of Human Capital/Resources, the Boss submitted 50 names for employment, but the Secretary got courage when I told him to go ahead n risk it with prayers, he then typed their names into the successful candidates, making it 52😊, they quarelled in the office but they gave them their Apls las las....
I don't think they know me again, but their prayers lead them to me..
Believe that you can be a full-fledge Boss of any organization and see it happen with necessary requirements.

If u have TRCN its 65k without trcn it is 57500....but with this new increament to begin this month,,,it is 80k without trcn..but with trcn,,it should be 88k monthly

TRCN is a professional certificate not a course. TRCN is a regulatory body for teachers. British schools might pay higher but we are talking of job security. I guess you are not in education sector. Those private schools, treat teachers like piece of garbage. Any school that will pay you that high it will be equivalent to the work load. If you are a mathematics teacher, you will be required to teach SS1- 3, as we all know math is an everyday subject. Some if you are a science teacher, you will be given physics, chemistry and biology to teach.
2) no prior notice to your disengagement, so each day you close from work without letter thank God. The ill treatment they give to teaching professional, is so discouraging.
We are managing because we don't have option.

You are very correct... The so called "High brow" schools seems not to portray the image they communicate, when you get in you discover many deficiencies... I once got employed in one of those schools in Kaduna... Omo... When I entered, I knew the grass is not always greener on the other side.. In-humane treatment, no job security, high service here and there, little or no time to upgrade yourself, in fact at a point we were been asked to come to work on Saturdays on Sundays...
Resigned to progress and complete my ICAN program and to keep my mental health..
Though trusting God for something better at the moment..

Thanks for educating me about the TRCN, though I already knew what it is but no knowledge is wasted. I am also in the teaching profession with the state government but with some eye opening facts about 'some' of those schools that operate the British American curricular, I am thinking of porting anytime soon.
Though your mind is made up due to some bad experiences but I hear people say the following schools have good pay and working conditions
1. The Regent Secondary School,
2. Daywaterman
3. Greenoak International School
4. The RiverBank School
