I'm about to request for Medium of Instruction letter from my University so I can submit to ECCTIS. Pls can the MOI letter be addressed to "To whom it may concern" (will it be acceptable by ECCTIS if not addressed to them directly?) so that I can probably use it again in the future if need be. I saw sample of the letter on ECCTIS website and it was To whom it may concern, but I noticed that was posted 7years ago. Pls has anyone done this before or recently?

From personal experience, the two institutions I needed their Medium of instruction refused to address to Whom it may concern, they requested foe ECCTIS address to be written on the letter. I guess its an avenue to generate funds for the schools. so you have no choice but to go back each time the need arises for MOI.
But If your school agrees to address to Whom it may concern, Then Lucky you.

for one this is not Nigeria.. any result you get is your real result and is standard procedure by most Trusts. Tb is also not hiv, if there are concerns you will be referred to Tb treatment centre for treatment. Finish.
Ring OH to get the result.

Only the main applicant needs pcc, you just need to provide your proofs of relationship with the main applicant.

I am telling you with 100% assurance and with the knowledge of the Immigration acts, Dependants don't need it to apply for the visa, PCC is use for care worker because they work with vulnerable people. But if the Dependant get overthere and decide to work as a carer, he or she will apply for DBS.

I'm still in Nig, but normally your passport check is part of DBS when you go over there. Is it a care job he got or health professional (nurse, doctor, radiographer and co?)

How can I book for tuberculosis for Tomorow date? Please help

You're the one that misleading people dependant over 18years will need PCC.

For people who’ve made paid calls and sent paid mail, do you always get an escalation email from UKVI? To tell you your application is under consideration and been worked on?

If you have ever submitted an application you would know that a dependant above 18yrs needs PCC for skilled worker nd not student visa
