Send them an email (your desired medical physician iom or qlife) let them know you have been requested by ircc to do medicals.
They will schedule you for a closer date. For me i prefer IOM. They usually give a much closer date.

@Bamz555
I didn't want to respond but for the sake of others not to be misled, I am going to make some things known. I will like if you can answer the following questions.

1. Can you give a reference to any one person who has legally worked with visitor visa in Canada?
2. Has anyone ever stayed for more than six months at one point on visitor visa without converting it, having visitor's record for children of study permit holders or becoming illegal?

While I understand that you can convert your visitor visa to a work visa, you cannot work until your work permit is approved. Your job must either be LMIA positive or LMIA exempt. If your occupation is not in a highly in-demand one and you are licensed if licensing is required, you will get no job. It is tough to be blunt to you.
Bros I have an aunt who got Canada10yrs visit visa even US does it. Visit visa is not limited to 6 months, that alone is my disagreement, I don’t know about anyone working with visit visa so no comment on that. But u can get over six months visit visa

Bro you don't even understand what he is talking about. He is saying when you enter Canada with a visit or tourist visa, you can't stay beyond 6 months stretch. You have to leave the country and come back later. Infact if you stay 6 months exactly and return back less than a year, you will be seriously scrutinized at the point of entry on your mission.

U can do justice from the narration...if u have siblings or parents, i will suggest ur relative sends the money to them and then they can send it to u, then u can say ur sibling/parent dash you the money as part of ur living expenses in Canada...with that it carries more weight....but if none, just look for a narrative to call the money and make sure u do the gift deed of the money..

Wouldn’t the sibling/parent have to submit a statement of account?
If a lump sum is found, that would be another explanation
What can one do in that kind of situation?

I honestly doubt this will work, you will have to explain beyond reasonable doubt and show strong reasons why this person who is not related to you would want to sponsor you. It's a very hard sell.

I'd advise you request that the agent share all the details and every document he/she receives with you. Before anything is submitted, the agent should share it with you to go through it first. All log in details and passwords should also be shared with you so you can look at things yourself.

Send them a web form or email using the subject line ‘URGENT.’ It is a common issue, especially with a group application.

Start gathering all your documents
You can go to the first page of this thread (i think) to see a list of everything you might need, you can also go through the guide on the IRCC website, it's very detailed.

You can book medicals at IOM or Qlife, just search for their websites. (PS. Qlife opens bookings for the week on mondays so go to their website very early on any monday to get a good date and time if you choose Qlife).

Biometrics can only be done after you have submitted your application and received the instruction letter.

Hope this helps, goodluck : )
