Good morning!! Please what is the proper way to send email for people with bvl and visa details tourist visa. We are a family of 4 adults who applied together and got out bvls together and visa details on tracker so yesterday we sent an email with the format and emails shared here through the principal applicant email only her ppr came in yesterday, then we sent emails from our individual emails yesterday morning and night still nothing please we are severely troubled what could be the issue are we doing it right?

I sent my own '' urgent'' email yesterday and this morning. Fingers crossed oh.

Hello all, I thought to encourage all those that got BVL and waiting on PPR like me.
I applied 2022 April to visit a friend with my family,we were just a family of 3 last year when we applied but I have a 7month old now.
BLV dropped for the 3 of us on May 6 2023
I had notified IRCC about the new born sometimes in Nov 2022 through Webform.
I sent another webform last week to ask if I could send in my new born's application and I got a reply same day asking me to go ahead.
Meanwhile,I had tracked our own applications after BVL dropped and I saw the visa numbers but yet no PPR yet.
To cut the story short, I applied for the new born on 21st May 2023 and today I got a notification for PPR.
Amazingly,the 2022 application was so that my wife could give birth in canada but PPR didn't come till now but the baby we were planning for got PPR before us.
I pray for as many still trusting God for PPR, God will come through for you all and our expectations will not be cut off.(Amen)

I am not sure this is applicable for Visitors, just for Study permit, Work permit or; Super visa and it's LOI, whilst others call it POE.

Responses would be highly appreciated

No one can give timeframe but you have an edge of getting approved if IRCC requested additional documents from you and you are able to respond to thier request on time.

Hi. So I went to submit my passport today. What i noticed was the consent forms were not asked for. The things asked for were original int passport, 2 photocopies of int passport, yellow paper/sticker given during biometrics, passport request letter and VFS appointment letter. That was it in my own case.

I didn't make any payment since I did my biometrics there.

How long to get biometric appointment after visa application is submitted?

I submitted visa application today, but I didn’t get the biometric appointment yet

My husband and I were refused the Canadian visa today and the reason for refusal was we didn't upload our new passport which we did 2 weeks before the 30days grace period. We applied January 2021. We have a valid USA visa and we've been to other countries. We've sent them an email. What else should we do? Thanks for your response

Sorry about that.. did you get a request to upload your passport? Did you guys receive BVL? Did you register on the tracker? Please answer these questions to help us understand your situation better..

You could have sent the new passports through the link given on your portal and also use webforms and emails, those guys are not really serious, I think their webforms and mails are full of many messages and junks, you could have sent it multiple times.

Things like that they don't send it once, you would have sent it like 50 times, they will be the one to tell you it's okay we have received it.

Eligibility has started for spouse but hasn’t started for the main applicant. Is this a mistake please? Both background checks are in process tho

Also, maybe try sending a mail and webform with evidence of you sending the new passport before the 30days grace period… I sent a webforms on the 15th of this month, and I only just got this response today… These people too funny..

Yes, we got a request to upload and we did on the portal. We also received our BVL today along with the rejection letter. Thank you

Have you sent any documents or sent in any mail for contacts' change or anything prior to now?

Send multiple webforms and mails from today indicating that you had sent it earlier.
