Which hope?? Obi came 3rd, how can he be declared winner? He only got 25% in 18 states. He didn't get it in 24 states. He can't be declared winner. If anything , its Atiku that should be declared winner since he came second.

Not True though.

The Supreme Court clearly stated that, issues with domination at the primaries are internal Party issues.

It then means that, only an APC member who e.g. was aggrieved by this nomination and suffer damages can sue, e.g. Amaechi could sue because he was an APC member running for the top ticket and suffer some damages due to this double nominations.

LP & PDP even at the tribunal do not have locus standing to sue.
