A man who is living with his parents at that age need not concern himself with what ladies think but rather with how he can get his own place and house first.

There is nothing wrong with living with your parents at that age but it is utterly wrong if such a one has still not figured out his priorities at that point in life.

all things being equal, a man should have built his own house at that age.
but life doesn't work the same way for everyone.
some people lost it all and had to fall back to their father's house. it takes so much to bounce back from such.
some had to collapse their own apartment and move in with their parents in order to save money for a business.
some are just lazy and waiting for their dad to die so they can inherit the house. LoL

In my hood in Warri, to rent a Self contained, you will spend up to 400K.
U will pay for the 1yr rent +Agent fee and caution fee.

If a Person is not Gainfully employed, how can he raise that amount?

Even men won't accept women living at home at that age. They will need to date her like she's a teenager.

we leave our parent home too early in africa but for the wrong reason, there's nothing bad living with your parent as long as he's working and can afford an apartment. They took care of us when we were young but when its our time to reciprocate, boom we are gone because of woman. If you are doing well in life, they will say, "your parent live with you and not that you live with your parent" ... i've been there.
