Good morning everyone,

Please I need an advice on what to do and it’s connected to a visiting visa application although I know we discuss study options here.

The application was submitted in 2021 August and got a passport request days ago. Because the initial passport applied with expires early next year, she applied for a new passport which just came out yesterday.

For sending her passport, can she send the new passport for stamping perhaps, she can get more duration or it must be the old one that was used when initially submitting the application.

Thank you

Hello house.

Has anyone who applied for FORM A been debited recently that didn’t add the Tax clearance certificate (TCC)?

And which bank??

I applied since February using Uba. I haven’t been debited and now I’m seeing this TCC thing as a new requirement everywhere 😫😫🤷🏼‍♂️.

I don’t even have it.

Hello,

Please I need kind opinion from the team here if the delay is normal, as most people I know received ppr almost immediately or the next day after medical was passed. This is my sister's application. She got a medical request in April 25, did the test and it was passed on 18th May but no other update.

On her tracker the eligibility has also been completed. Has anyone experienced similar delay ?
Hello bro, How çan I track my application?

Please,As you embark on your journey to study in Canada and pursue job opportunities, I kindly request that you also share valuable information in the group to help others benefit from your experiences. Let's remember that the group should encompass more than just discussions about visas. Many students landing recently face difficulties when it comes to finding employment and managing their expenses effectively and thoes coming please prepare ahead financially, you may not get job that fast as you expected

You have asked a question, ppl with personal experience have responded to you including me but you still want to be complicating your issue and probably chase unimportant things.

I believe it is okay, If the Diploma course you are going for is related to your current job. You will simply need to reflect it in your SOP as a career-boosting move and fleshen it up with all the benefits and advantages it will confer on you.

I have a similar case.

I have a bachelor's in Economics, however I was offered a 2years diploma in finance at Durham college, I am *applying* with my bachelor's degree transcripts and waec to show that there is no study gap and since Economics and finance are kinda related I tailored my LOE in that regard.

The new passport will have the number of the old passport indicated. The 2 passports can be sent together with a note, so they can update their records and stamp on the new one.

I friend (lady) study permit was approved and an authorization letter was requested to finalized the approval of visitors visa for the accompanying two children..

Can it be done at high court and must it be notorized?

Look for any oda available prog in the sch even if it’s diploma, jus ensure u maintain same dli , when u get to Canada den u can look for how to change dli.
But then, According to the ircc link someone shared few hours again ,I read on it that it’s until when ur app has been approved that u will be required to submit new app n fee if u are changing dli.
In ur case dey only requested for your medicals not that ur application has been approved , if u can get a quick admission in another school maybe u shd update ircc about d new dli before going for medicals

Please can I apply at Niagara college with my nabtec and National diploma?

ALL HONOR TO THE MIGHTY GOD

I have been a silent Nairaland member for over eleven years and I learnt everything about visa applications. After eleven years of applying for visas to different countries and chopping breakfast left and right (including ten years of UK ban), God finally says it is my time to share my own testimony. I have a very bad immigration history with countless refusals from the UK to Italy,Germany,Ireland, and the USA, but God did it.

My first application to Canada in Feb got refused on 31st of May this year, though my SOP wasn't that good because i had thought my UK ban would affect the application, but I just wanted to try my luck, and on my GCMS note i saw that my eligibility was recommend passed before eventually got refused, and the reasons were about an unexplained lump sum and a business account, which is not true, so i felt i was a bit closed and decided to try again, and a friend helped me with a very good SOP and God showed me favour .

Application submitted -July 4
Medical Updated-Aug 25
Eligibility- Oct 17
PPR- Oct 28

Thanks to everyone here that is trying their best to help one another. I pray everyone expecting PPR gets theirs soon.
God is the greatest.

Good afternoon, please will I be needing my O'level result while applying for Admission in Niagara college, I have my ND already. My O'level is nabteb.

Thank you

Good day everyone, I got my PPR yesterday afternoon!!! I am very grateful to everyone who helped here, when I had a question. Moving forward, I have some questions:
1. please how do I submit my passport in Lagos?
2. someone told me it isn't confirmed until the passport is returned with the visa on it. Is this true?
3. How long would passport submission and collection take?
Thank you all once again
