Then the NLC should start petrol business and start selling at N165. It's as simple as that. No going back on subsidy removal. 2 Likes |

Don't be surprise that the same subsidy they are about to remove now will still be removed again few years to come. PMB removed subsidy in 2016, as a result of that fuel was sold @145#/litre from #97 that it was before. 2 Likes |

Disaster looming... About 300% price hike... Where are the palliatives to cushion against inflation, astronomical price hike of consumer goods, a short-term plan to get one of the refineries to have some throughput to complement Dangote refineries coming on stream? The future is not looking promising... 1 Like |

Choirister: Buhari plunged the nation into humongous debt. The money accrued from subsidy removal would at best be used to service those, that is if it is not stolen first. No benefit for Nigerians. 1 Like |

If the subsidy doesn't go, the pressure on the Naira will be too strong. Don't be surprised if the Naira keeps dropping until it hits 1,200 to a dollar. |

Jogs1900: You mean the same way Apc, Tinubu and Buhari wanted Jonathan to fail years ago?!! Well, subsidy should go for good... However, Tinubu's government must be ready to seriously suffer the consequences with the masses! How?!! Simple... 1. Government expenditure must be openly and massively cut drown from Aso Rock down to the Ministries and Legislative arm. 2. No foreign trips especially for medical tourism. Starting from the President and his household. 3. No awarding of dubious contracts to people loyal to APC. You can't demand that the citizens bear with you and suffer while you all live like kings untouched by the same afflictions. 3 Likes 3 Shares |

By virtue of good reasoning, Tinubu not worthy to win a single polling unit but you see the irony, he’s your current president. The way Nigerians adjust to suffering and celebrate their oppressors need to be studied. 2 Likes 2 Shares |
