BreconHills: Bro, you don't get it. The issue is not about removing the subsidy. ..but which direction are we heading? Even the quoted price they are forcing th masses to pay now is a hike and the govt knows that. . So there is no transparency in processing and systems. We can't get anywhere with that. Even some monies are being saved now as claimed, they will still misappropriate about 90% of it into their personal pockets leaving the masses into more sufferings. |

NLC should have insisted that the fed. govt provide palliatives first before announcing the increase the palliatives should be public mass transit busses all over nigeria that will be transporting low income earners to their work places. How do they expect a civil servant that earns #30k per month to cope with this current hike in transport fares? |

Part of the alleviation that Tinubu should put put in place is total eradication of agberos in all motor parks or garages nationwide. If the money they are collecting from drivers is stopped it will go a long way. |

Cloudflare: What was your stands then. If you minus 12 years from your present age, how old were you then? The reason am asking is because nearly 95% of Nigerians were against the removal of subsidy then. I support Tinubu's removal of subsidy because my Master Peter Obi too would have done the same, being the fact that it is the right thing to do. 1 Like |

backnbeta: Same question I've been asking for donkey years. How can a country send out its crude oil and bring it back refined? The systemic corruption in Nigeria is just out of this world. It's a waste of time and energy praying and hoping that Nigeria will get better because the situation is just irredeemable. |
