Let me test your Yoruba with these 2 statements

1. Aare n pe o, o so wipe on da ifa lowo
Ati iwo ati ifa re, talo ni?

A Chief/ titled person is calling you, you respond you are consulting with Ifa (god/deity), between you and your ifa, who owns? or was it supposed to ask "talo ni e"? (Who owns you?)

That has to be the height of insensitivity, just because you want to win an argument

I support the removal. Even before now, I wanted it removed. But I would never say the government should not provide palliatives to cushion the effect. What kind of statement is that?

Because one can afford it doesn't mean millions of Nigerians can

I started leaving home around 9am this week, and i see students trekking distances at that time, just because the 200 naira transport is no longer 200 again.

Palliative is fcking to you because you dey Dubai ba?
Na now you know say na nonsense Oasis dey mostly post here 😁, it is only when monikers like yours or afro.doc2 call him out to the rubbish that you see him apologising. But if prosper or other Obidients call him out on same rubbish earlier, he would reply with insult. He thinks it's all about winning argument and cruise....

Have you forgotten? Maybe because you are living in the abroad, so you don't remember. It happened not long ago.

That time that the little money that people had was locked away in banks and there was no money to buy food or medications. The time when people were scaling front fence to enter bank to beg for their own money while bank workers were scaling back fence to escape. The time that because people could not withdraw money from the bank they died before getting proper medical attention or were starving at home.

During that time this place was full of emojis, memes, gifs ati bee bee lo. I wonder what changed that struck such a chord in people's hearts that they are now so empathetic.

I wonder. I just wonder.

They survived from December to March bruh. I remember every goddamn thing and the buffoon leading the charge then, is responsible for daily bad news on this board now.

Oasix believes Tinubu is best for Nigeria… that’s his choice… We will drag him and Tinubu if they don’t perform in one or two years…

But make una cut him some slack though… Dude has passion for Nigeria than most people here and wants it to work too.

We all love Nigeria but the country doesn’t love us back…. embarassed

Shaykh Oasis you went off tangent with your no palliative remark people are already stretched financially, mentally and socially adding this removal to their burden with measures to cushion the effects is a recipe for disaster. You shouldn't have rubbed it in with that comment of yours, it is unwise to say such

Nwanne, see my post below when I warned Asiwaju's loyalist in February. LP and Obidients present a different kind of opposition we have never seen. They will most defintely push some of Asiwaju's loyalist beyond what is usual and normal.

Him and other Asiwaju loyalist shouldn't expect any slack...worsestill, it is not going to get better so they better deal with it and continue to pray Asiwaju cooks because these cats are relentless.

Roland17:
Larride, Raumdeuter, Oasis, Gloriousgbola, Joe and other Asiwaju/ APC loyalist.

P. Obi, Obidients and to some extent the LP presents a different kind of opposition that your party has ever dealt with or that we have seen in the history of Nigerian politics.

We are talking about an active, literate, and present group that will hold you guys to task. I hope you are ready for the scrutiny that is coming the way of your principal.

You guys would not be allowed to use the failures of Buhari to excuse your failure in turning the country around.

You called it early grin

I understand the frustration though… missed opportunity of having an Obi presidency and APC retaining power with their tribal politics.

They should know it has happened and start looking for positives…. I’m just happy Buhari is gone

I don't understand who here doesn't have passion for Nigeria?
You think we all hope the country fails?

Funny enough you have people in this same apc here that have accepted Nigeria cannot be good so they might as well put their (tribe) interests first as if that will protect them from Nigeria.

Please whoever wants to post good news can do that.
Let no one mistake our talking about reality as a lack of love for Nigeria.

All these born-again humanists sha. The ones that were hailing Naira scarcity and sharing emojis here when people were dying of hunger and minor illnesses were killing Nigerians have suddenly found religion and are now critical of subsidy removal.

Of course the native herbalist fails not to disappoint as usual. Comparing oranges and apples. Permanent fuel subsidy removal is different from TEMPORAL cash scarcity.

Obidients and nigerians at large understood and endured willingly, the pain of naira scarcity because we all could see the end of the tunnel.

We all knew and believed that cash crunch on election day could be a good thing in a country where people were ready to sell their votes for urgent 2k and corrupt wicked politicians with 2 bullion vans in their homes could do and undo, so we swallowed the pain of the cash crunch knowing that on or after election day, that problem will be over and hindsight has proven us correct.
In as much as the election results were rigged and voter intimidation rampant, vote buying was severely curtailed in the last elections. We barely saw any video of people sharing cash on election day unlike previous elections.

Comparing that with this subsidy issue where even the government is confused on what to do next not to talk of ordinary nigerians not knowing what to do next or what is in store in the future exhibits your terrible partisanship which has beclouded your judgement. Do better, native abortion doctor.
