Why do you think there are too many poor people all over the world?

Have you noticed that the population of poor people is almost 100 times or more of the rich people? Have you noticed that it is very difficult for poor people to move from poverty to wealth? What do you think is responsible for this?

The number of people that are suffering in this country is too much and sometimes I begin to wonder why it is difficult for people to make money to sustain themselves and take care of their families. People are just suffering too much. Why?

Why is it that when small businesses are set up, they easily collapse and when they collapse, it is usually very difficult for these people to set up another business again. So I keep wondering about these things everyday.

Do you know that some people, no matter how you try to help them, they will never want to leave poverty? Do you know that some people prefer to remain in their poverty situation and even if you give them ideas of how they can make money to improve themselves, they will never agree with you but rather they will ignore you completely.

Then another thing is that a lot of people go into marriages and start families without proper financial Planning. I see a lot of people that get married without having a job. This is very amazing.

How can you get married without having a job to take care of your family? It's so amazing to see people suffering and their families and children not properly taken care of because these marriages were not properly planned and without any financial backup.

Now I see a lot of people living in abject poverty and this situation is because they have not properly planned their lives. You cannot start a family when you don't have any financial plan on how to take care of your family.

Why do you think it is very difficult for a lot of people to make money even when others are making so much money everyday and don't even know what to do with their money?

Do you know that a lot of poor people will never become rich? By the way, is it possible for everybody to be rich? Some people will never become rich because they are simply greedy and selfish. There is something that rich people do that poor people don't do or will never want to do no matter how hard you try to help them.

Some people are looking for big things that their hands can never reach. Instead of you to start small and grow big, you are greedy looking for big things and looking for people that will give you big money to start a business. That is why some people can never prosper. That is why some poor people can never become rich. They are simply greedy and selfish to themselves.

Some people have said that those who have money don't want poor people to become like them. And I disagree with this statement. If you do what is right you will make money. If you plan your life well you will make money. Don't despise the days of little beginning. It can take you higher if you are diligent.

What you may not know is that these rich people you think don't want to help you, they have suffered for many years before making money. They have gone through a lot and most of them started very small with very humble beginnings and they kept working hard for many years until they were finally able to make it.

A lot of people want to make money and become rich but they don't have any skills. They don't have anything to offer. So how can you make money when you don't have anything to offer people? How can people pay you when you don't have any product or service to offer people?

Do you think they will just throw their money at you without anything in return? This is the mentality of poor people and that is why they remain poor because some of them think that money will fall from heaven for them and this is never possible anywhere.

And a lot of people are suffering, really, but they still have large families and many children.

People suffer because they are not financially educated and they think their education or job alone will guarantee them enough to become rich.

That is the major catalyst to their suffering.

A 'poor' man who has one kid would fare much better than his mate who has five or seven kids.

Yet, their generational lack of wisdom (sometimes misdiagnosed as generational curses) would propell them to have kids like rats.

A poor couple with one or two kids can get sponsors for their kids if things go so bad; someone with five or seven wouldn't readily get such help because even the helper is not catering for that amount of kids.

And look at the number of school dropouts. Look at the homeless children, so many homeless people.

If the number of people living in poverty is relatively low, how can politicians buy votes in Nigeria and win elections?

This is a reflection of the failure of Nigerian men
They, the supposed providers, are failures on multiple fonts

They are unproductive,lazy, not innovative, too relaxing, the little change they earn is spent on chasing women.

In their poverty,they will be looking for love,instead of developing themselves,with the aim of subjecting someone daughter to misery by being yoked with them.

If it's not wickedness why would you want a human that you can't take care of to be with you? A kid you can't give the best of life and buy the latest toys?

Very wicked fellows like emmaodet, reminderz,et Al were encouraging women to marry men earning 100k. How vile can someone be ? I know how much we spend on electricity bill alone( it is almost half of the 100k).
The basic things of life can't be covered by it. How much is it to fill 12kg gas? Even to braid your hair as a woman how much is attachment? Deodorants and the rest. A tin of baby food is about 3500k and most babies finish a tin in three days. Diapers cost 100 each and a baby needs like 5-7 a day.

This men won't opt for condoms or vasectomy but must selfishly procreate at they expense of their children future.

It is sad. The rich pass wealth and legacy for their children. The average naija man wants to pass leave struggling and "economizing" to his kids.

I am sorry but what you are doing is cooking up terrible examples of excuses for the situation. There is no reason why a poor man should have more children than He is capable of raising. Absolutely none!

The poor can be and are many times more ---- due mainly to to sheer numbers majorly --- wicked than the rich in this world.

What I noticed about Nigerians is that, it is very easy for us to call poor people fools when we are comfortable.

A man with wisdom will know that not all poor people are lazy or daft, though i agree with the part that said you don't have business getting married or bear many children when you are poor.

Nigeria is one hell of a country, there were many rich people that are poor today, not that they don't know what they are doing or being reckless with their money, some just lose their fortunes to unforseen circumstances.

Having children is a blessing.

Having more children than you can cater for (decent food, shelter, clothing and education to at least tertiary level) is foolishness and wickedness.

What is the game plan of a poor man who has more kids than he can cater for?

Even the Bible says a good father leaves an inheritance (after all the catering) for his children.

I'm not even making reference to the present married folks, I'm talking about the victims(children's) of old folks.
For instance I know a guy who is a chronic hustler but, his father keeps bringing the younger ones for him to train, so how can he make headway? Someone even suggested to him that he should get married maybe the father might finally leave him alone when he sees that he is struggling with his own family. The Dad is married to multiple wives.

You don't need to be rich in life.
You just need to be able to pay your bills regularly.

To be able to do that you need to be very hard working and don't be reckless with your finance.

Very very very hard work is important and be wise with your money.

Don't blame anyone for your poor status but blame yourself.
You can do much more better with determination.
Make your mind and make wise decision.

MKO Abiola said the only time he had time to sleep well was when traveling on flight because he would not be disturbed by phone call during duration of the flight.

Worsening economic situation.. those that lived and raised families up till 80s' can't compare life in Nigeria back then to what it is now.
