1. Battery if your bank is lithium, as it doesnt mind not being charged fully daily.

2. Solar panel if your battery is leadacid, as it likes being fully charged daily and suffers irreversible damage if routinely left not fully charged for extended periods.

3. Solarpanel if you have oversized day time loads, this works best with lithium battery

Theoretically, both - to cover 3 days of no sun.
Pragmatically, your battery should be enough to sustain your night time use (2 night use - oversized) . Your solar panel should be able to generate enough to cover your day use and also be able to refill the battery.

You size based on daily commutative assumptions; a typical PV of good quality that is properly setup should produce at least 3x of it's name plate daily so long as there is demand and sunlight is good. So if I have 2kw PV, I expect that I will get 6kwh daily +/- you can then use that to determine if that is sufficient to charge your battery and power your load.

DC surge protector= 13k
60A PWM = 25k

Whereas @ Novel Solar they are quoting the following

Input and Output protection= 40k

My question is which of these questions should I go for considering the features of the inverter that I stated above.

This quotation is questionable
1. Why not put the make of d battery there. Make e no go b those starplus of 145/150k variant e go buy for u
2. Wat kind of inverter is he buying. Make u no go buy inverter wey surge go spoil in no time.
Better transformer based inverter with 30a AC charger is also sold for 85k
3. With the kind of charge controller will he be using, there will b some energy waste cause he go parallel those panels, your best is to buy 190/180w with 8/9amps which new 1 is 45k. U can buy 4 of this.
Make sure he doesn't cut off the connector, make e buy branch connector, cause e no put am 4 d list.
Price of charge controller is ok. 40a pwm I suppose.
Every other tin is cool just make sure those breakers are properly sized.
2 DC breakers (32a for panel and battery)
1 AC breaker (order 4a variant on AliExpress as it's difficult to get this here. Lowest av seen is 10a which is too big for ur setup)
