Making money is just God's grace... 5 years ago I do ask this kind of ur question. I am into boutique business.. There are still many other businesses that can fetch u money... Mobile phone accessories is another good one... Anything you are doing be serious about it.. With few years you will achieve great things..
Mind you I did apprenticeship for 10 years.. Funny enough my oga did not settled me.. I left that state and came here...

Bathroom shower and accessories fully installed... Water will rush tomorrow by the grace of God.. Just pumping to the tank remain

Dining washing basin.. The plumbing materials was sold to me by my best female friend... She is like a sister to me here.. Infact she supervised everything.. I will be grateful for her... God bless her and her husband.. She never allow them to cheat me..

Boss, please how much did it cost you to dig a borehole for water? I have a project on my hand that's quite similar to what you're doing.

I got a quote 220k from someone for borehole, this 220k is just for drilling piping the borehole to the storex tank, buying pumping machine.

Please I need insight on this because I feel it's expensive.

We just finished the foundation and about to do the German flooring but we have water issue so decided to dig the borehole now.

Exactly... I only wanted a project that I can finish within 1 year.. I am more concerned abt my business than big house... Beside this house is not even in my town...

MY plan is to open the house by the grace of God September. Funny enough my house rent just expired today.. I will still pay because I plan to give the house with other old property to any of brothers in my church...

Painting and flooring of the compound has started since last week...
Cost of screeding of the building is 230k
Painting is 320k

Please do you mind sharing estimate for roofing (woodwork and aluminium), pop (is it pop for the whole house?), electricals and tiling?

I used satin paint for all the building and fence.. Though it is very expensive...
Exterior painting continues tomorrow...

Also the flooring work will also be complete in 3 days time..

Yes it will complete it.. I have spent close to 11m now.. Remember I still have to put abt 1.3m to furnish it..

Choosing color of paint is one of the greatest change... After painting the fence I discovered that it was too blue in color... So I have to pay extra money to change it to grey ash color... Though I am happy now with colour of the paint

Work still ongoing... My advice for those who want to build house is this..

Ensure you have stable source of income before embarking any building project.. If not u are on the road to poverty..
Building can consume money, especially when u have high taste...

I'll advice you do German floor otherwise you might not like it when ants, water etc starts sipping from your floor later. Am not a civil engineer but I know it helps the stability of the house too.
