what's bad is that Ugarte isn't the only DM at there. Ugarte has had one good season, how many as the likes of Ndidi had. you get Ugarte and pay him £150k+ per week for what.

Sterling and Koulibaly's salaries are in a way understandable, No way you offer Sterling less than what he earned at City. And signing Koulibaly one of the best CBs in Europe, it's a pity he had some bad games and got a bad tag.

The rest of their signings earn less than 150k, with many clauses included. Chelsea offered him a starting shirt, PSG increased their offer, Ugarte made his choice to compete against 6 other midfielders in PSG.
