I submitted 2 weeks ago (22 May). I got an email on 24th telling me it had gotten to Ghana Visa Office and that it had been forwarded to IRCC office. But I haven't heard anything since.

Should I be worried?

It got to Accra quite fast.. It should take up to 15 days tops before you get next notification. Everything will get done within a day after that notification & it'll be sent back to Lagos.. Just be patient. Two weeks from now you should have it back

Guys please i need help

i currently have a NOI from ontario. i am a single applicant. I plan on getting married in December this year. If i add my partner while the process is on going i will have to wait till his pr is ready before we both leave. Assuming the process goes through can i leave in October and come back and marry in December so that i invite him and then sponsor him or it is better to add him outright. we are in the same office and i dont want to wait after marriage

Looks like the category based draws will be added to existing draws. So in the same way they have CEC only or PNP only they may have category based but it seems the All Program draws will also continue alongside as happens currently.

Guys please, sth is confusing me on this pof, I have read the whole 1st page BTW.

Some people are saying I can build the account within the last six months of my application and it will show at the end of the period, my account balance which should be over 5m for single applicant..

Then another opinion is that the money must have been in the account prior to the start of the 6 months, then I can then go ahead to draft a bank letter stating at the beginning of the last 6 months, my account has balance of over the 5m and at the end, I still maintained at least the minimum of said balance...

Guys which is valid? So if I plan to collect ita by July, before January, I should have had that minimum balance or can I go ahead and build the account within the last 6 months and show the minimum net balance at the end of June for a July ITA?

I hope my question is clear, thanks I'm advance.

Page 1 FAQ 20 says the money does NOT need to have been sitting in your account for 6 months before you apply and explains why.
