I think Nigerians are backward thinking people. Your NOUN degree is valid internationally so why not try abroad for your PhD after obtaining your M.ed here. By the time you come back, if you want to come back, you would be more appreciated.

You can proceed with your Ph.D at NOUN.

Thank you.i think you have to be a teaching staff to be granted study leave abroad which I am not yet.
