We are in a period of enegry transition. Crude oil is having veey serious competition from alternative sources of energy. White people don't build refenieries anymore, even if they will, it can't be over 250bpd. Refenieries aren't making profits anymore all over the world, their profits are very low, despite high oil prices. Dangote knows this, yet he went and built a 650bdp single train refinery. He knows he won't be making profits, because no refinery is making much profits anymore. What he will do is offer an IPO and people will rush and buy the shares, the company will no longer be based on the profits it makes but the shares that are traded. A good ponzi, though a very legal one.

Fraud is unacceptable to me personally and I am grateful to those American Investigators for busting this scam in the first place as it will save alot of people some grief.

Read it from the source. The links are there. the source has link to every claim it made (though some are screenshots of chat or email correspondents). What I don't agree with is the claim that the company cashflow despite a decrease in receivables goes on to deduct, the question is how do they deduce it's a decline when the balance sheet figure shows an increase (though they got the discrepancy in the figure correct). And to think a member of the Delloite group audited the financial statement .
