Exposing the fallacy of our Helpless & Direction less Judiciary
They are quick to grant Injunction stopping then expiration of the Old Naira Notes

Their reasons that the court heavily relied on was the burden on the poor
Now same Judiciary is looking elsewhere Now as masses groans uncontrollable over the subsidy effect..
Can they Just remove their Wigs and let's not dignify them with Learned fellows because they don't deserve any respect for not acting
Simple

Never...... Even the Supreme Court Support The Removal of Fuel Subsidy. All the Judiciary outlets in Nigeria Support it with their full chest.

Has anyone taken the matter to the court?

Beside, is the subsidy removal not justifiable or beneficial to our economy and the citizens at large?

Nobody wants subsidy
As for palliatives, lets watch and see. The Tinubu Govt is barely a week in office

File a case before the court and let’s see what they will decide instead of trying to impugn the integrity of the honorable Justices of the Supreme Court.

Looking at the way you PDP losers are ranting over the noble decision of the Supreme Court to quash the stupid Naira hoarding policy of Buhari and Emefiele, it’s now obvious to everyone that the policy was a political tool deployed solely against Tinubu. I’m glad you all failed woefully.

Don't you think we should file a case challenging this thoughtless subsidy removal by Tinubu

The same way the Naira redesign policy was challenged at the supreme court

There are some judgement of the court that a govt cannot obey. For example, if the SC rules that minimum wage be pegged at N200K, the govt would simply claim that they'd have loved to obey it, but they don't have enough money to do that. Simple.

Compare the economic effect of vote buying to subsidy.

we are already filling the case through our Lawyer in Abuja...However the concern that we have is the way Judges Slam Millions on Plaintiffs throwing out Valid cases after refusing to even study the res' of the case, ...example is the Fct 25% mandatory votes that was thrown out and the Judge after slamming millions on the plaintiff still went ahead and threatened to de-robe plaintiff's Lawyer.... This act of threat from our Judges is scary. on the other hand when the new naira note issue came up, the supreme court fast track everything and hurriedly gave a restraining injunctions to the CBN even though the CBN was not served court writ of summons nor party to the suit
