Just water reservoir for a particular area,can serve up to 2 LGA, the height/the capacity is to increase the pressure supply to every area

It's an overhead water storage tank. You will mostly see it in State water corporation offices when water corporations functioned up till the 90s before the introduction of drilling boreholes.

The water board mostly pumps water from the river to the overhead storage tanks and from there, the water board pumps to any community they wish to service at that period.
I could remember during that period, we were given water on Thursdays.

It is a concrete elevated water tower. Na just normal tank but built with concrete. It is one of the best way to store water. Safe, durable and in case of fire outbreak.
