StJohnKml:Got the CBSA notes today. I doubt if my account statement was checked properly before the VO served me breakfast because the reason for refusal doesn't make a logical sense to me. I might be wrong though, afterall logical sense no carry me reach anywhere laslas😁 I applied for the CBSA notes Free of Charge. Big shout out to the nairalander that gave the detailed steps. |

Hi everyone, Please, I sincerely need your advice on my study permit application to the Canadian Embassy. My application was submitted on March 13th with all necessary documents, including an upfront medical. On March 30th, I received a notification on my portal that a decision had been made on my application and that I should submit my original travel document (passport). Passport submitted on April 14th; however, on April 22nd, I received another letter on my portal saying that I should proceed with my medical examination. I sent a response from my portal that I had already done my medical and the result had been forwarded to them from IOM (I quote the date for this as I was able to get it from the IOM office). Two (2) days after my response, IRCC replied they'd gotten all my documents, medical included. Now I haven't received anything from them since mid-April, and my programme in Canada had already started. DOESN'T IT LOOK LIKE MY VISA IS APPROVED ALREADY, AND WHAT DO YOU GURUS THINK I SHOULD DO AT THIS TIME? |

shanny001: The course and the schools are very okay but you before you can even start application in any of the schools. You will have to get a potential supervisor from this school. That where the main work is. That why most of us go for colleges, especially if you are a science student. Most of science courses need potential supervisor, though it comes with funding if you are lucky to get one.. 1 Like |

Good morning all, my biometric is scheduled for Wednesday 14th this month in Lagos, I am not based in Lagos; please can anyone suggest an area close to Lekki where I can book for cheap 2days hotel accommodation. Also is there a way I can book for an upfront medical to fall into this same period cos of the cost and stress of traveling upadan. |

Guys, if your study permit is approved, does it also come with visitor visa document number too? She said hers is showing study permit document number and visitor visa document number, in which the two numbers are different but same expiring date. Furthermore, the two documents expiring date is November 30 2024. She received the passport request on June 8. Which means the validity period on the documents is just 1yr and 5 months. What is that date all about? Is it a date to enter Canada or the validity of the visas to be renewed? Thank you in advance.

Good morning house, Please has anyone who applied around May 20th gotten any update? I haven’t gotten any update, no background check or eligibility started at all and my school resumes in September 2023. I didn’t do upfront medical and I am wondering if I should just do it and upload it via webform. Please kindly advise. Thanks |

Good day house. I need information on how to go about the study route. I have a degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. I have been teaching in a primary school for more than five years now. I don't know if I should go for post graduate in Human Resource Management or I should just go for a Diploma course in education assistant. ( I am 37years old) I also need colleges that are less expensive that offer pgwp. I will appreciate any information I can get as this is my first time of wanting to try out traveling. |
