Today, Nwakali will do a better job than Aribo in that team.

Today Nwakali has been relegated to semi professional football in an even lower level.

He has been in continuous consistent regression.

Aribo and are not the same type of player one is average and the other mediocre and poor.

Yes the fact still remains Segunda league is not helping Nwakili he need to move to better league and I don’t even mind Turkey.

In most cases clubs and league pick you on account of your quality and ability.

Nwakali has been in Segundo division for three consecutive seasons because he has found his level.

Segundo division is poor quality and the bottom level is even poorer. And the reason he had remained there is because he also is very poor. It's that simple

No he has been relegated to semi professional football ⚽ earning even lesser money than before. Because he is not very good.

Divine Nwachukwu is a quality player. Really smooth on the ball, good finisher and he has that Dawg in him. I don't see him remaining at Bendel next season.

Will he be up to 20m? I don't think so, so he will most like be a cheap but valuable buy. I don't think he'll stay in championship. Else, I'll concede to you angle.

I am like 90% certain that he will remain in the Championship 🏆 .

It makes no sense to leave FINANCIALLY speaking 🗣️.

Nobody is going to pay him near £100k a week to be impotent, Leicester have no choice they are stuck with him, so they have to make do. Come June 2024 his contract will expire and he will be a FREE AGENT.

Best for him and the club.

Herein lies the problem with Gasau's compulsory home based players inclusion policy. I am a big advocate of the local league and can't wait for the day it starts working, it's however common sense to just choose players based on merit.

If Divine moves to Europe at the end of this season, he automatically becomes disqualified based on the policy. Very good players in the local league obviously won't stay long. Simply means the national team will have no consistency and at some point we'll have mediocre players just to fill a quota.

U say this with confidence but where is your evidence Can u prove that the Segunda is not helping him?

The young man had to sit out half a season in the Segunda because he went to the AFCON [looked good at that AFCON] and now he has played a whole season for a Segunda team as a starter. How does that not help him? The boy was already looking sharp when he was a bit part player so imagine him being the main guy for a whole season.

For me he has done his part and it is left for his agent to do what needs to be done and find him somewhere suitable.

That goes for almost everybody na. If Iheanacho moves to Kosovo he will likely be disqualified from selection. Imagine if the coach stopped inviting foreign based players because there is a chance they will move. That is not a good enough reason na.

Then when u see his selection, it was very consistent. Divine was the only first timer and every player has been doing well at the Super 6 where the coach is at right now.

Ola Aina
Ebuehi
Calvin Bassey
Akpoguma
Ajayi
Zaidu Sanusi

Midfielders: should be

Frank Onyeka
Kelechi Nwakali
Ademola Lookman as wide midfielder
Samuel Chukwueze as wide Midfielder or not invited at all but he had a good season so it will be harsh to not invite him.

Lookman and chukwueze as Midfielders due to the fact they had good seasons but the forwards below also had very good seasons.

Forwards: should be

Victor Osimhen
Victor Boniface
Terem Moffi

Considering all, this is a terrible terrible squad. Nigeria as a country is near unsalvageable.

My Squad of 23 for these games would've been.

Goal Keepers
Aniagboso
Obasogie (Bendel insurance)
Uzoho

Defenders
Ebuehi
Osayi Samuel
Zaidu
Aina
Akpoguma
Ekong
Bassey

Midfield
Onyedika
Iwobi
Alhassan
Onyeka
Nnadi
Nwakali

Attack
Simon Moses
Lookman
Chukwueze
Moffi
Osimhen
Orban
Iwuala

Remember this is my squad. Feel free to pick yours and leave mine alone wink

Okay tell me who will denied Nwakili invitation if he had the same performance in elite division.I just don’t know why some don’t want to agree that Segunda division is not helping the young man.

If Segunda is helping him he should remain there or do you think the young man is happy with his present status….my point is simple Nwakili in elite league even with average performance week in week out based on what we have in the midfield would be a sure bet but Segunda league with a club that got relegated would take a special attention to get invitation.

It’s nwakali abilities that should be in question here and not segunda not helping him
Yes Segunda have good players but how many serious national team go to Segunda to pick players

My point Nwakili just need to get out of that league and move ASAP if he really wants to fulfill his potential.

My focal point Nwakili in elite league then no way for Aribo who has a terrible season to get invitation.

What is omeruo still doing in the national team ,he isn’t even among the top CB at the segunda

Neakali needs to get out of that league as if he go just pick club to join ,if he performs well he will get out ,if he doesn’t he will still be there ,do you want me to show you players that moved from segunda ?

Didn’t the while Europe saw umar sadiq quality at segunda ?

Do we need to compare Omeruo and Nwakili when it comes to eagles?NO and do we need to compare Sadiq and Nwakili in Segunda?NO…..Sadiq was massive…..I wish Nwakili well and hope to see him in elite division next season.

I was just expressing my opinion if I said Nwakili should get out of Segunda.I can’t force him to leave if no club is calling

Omeruo is just making the national team because of OG tax ,not that he is that bad sha ,but 80 percent OG tax is keeping him at the national team

Sadiq was massive ,nwakali wasn’t massive and you are expecting a big move

Egbon go check Levante eibar albacette las Palmas make your see ballers wey Laliga epl and seria A team go die to get

If you are a decent average player you will make a move away from segunda

Crap list, what happened to Nathan Tella to not being invited
Musa and Omeruo needs to excuse themselves from SE and as for Moses Simon, that one will fade off like Samuel Kalu

Kenneth Omeruo is easily the number one in the list of the invited central defenders.
If he doesn't start, then it might be down to injury.

My people here pls help my curiosity because e don dey do me like say I no understand the round leather game again.

Pls what’s the main reason for always leaving out Ebuehi from super eagles squad even when it looks very obvious that he did better than all the other defenders invited in the just concluded season.

Is there something NFF sees that I don’t see? Someone should pls orientate me

I am as curious as you are. Ebuehi has almost never played badly for the Super Eagles but he has always had issues with either getting called up or getting regular game time. He was a regular for Empoli this past season and played quite well for them but according to the list makers, that's not enough to get called up.

Something is definitely wrong. Perhaps, those in control just don't like his face 🤔 🤷🏽‍♂️.

You are contradicting yourself.

What kind of season did Nwakali have Biko❓

He is in a very very very poor quality league , particularly anything below 6th place. He is surrounded by very poor quality players because he is also very poor quality.
