I suspect what you wanted to share has something to do with the electricity bill, right?

What Buhari signed was constitution amendment to transfer power from executive list to concurrent list.

What Tinubu signed was a bill to repeal the electricity act of 2003, allowing states and private investors to generate and distributes electricity.

Without the constitution amendment that Buhari signed, the electricity bill wont be possible to pass.

I’m just interested in DSS proving the charges in court instead of their normal media trial under Buhari’s government . They held Sowore for so long but couldn’t prove most of the charges against him.
